Neat Pretty Braids is EXCEPTIONAL!! I have been going to this shop for 5 years and in my opinion this is the top braiding shop in Houston. I get stopped by people all the time and the phrase that I hear over and over again is “your braids are so NEAT & PRETTY”!! The pictures online speak for themselves so stop scrolling and BOOK TODAY! You won’t be disappointed in the quality of your braids!!

Pros: *My twist are super pretty and neat *The braiders were super gentle and did not braid tight *I will be returning to get my hair redone because I’m really happy with the outcome. Cons *Although I was the first person who entered the salon, I felt like I was waiting at times. I was at the salon for 7 hours and I only had three braiders for a total 2 hours. Braiders would stop working on my head to start someone else’s braids who walked in. I observed other customers who had 3 and 4 stylist on their head at once. If my work schedule was flexible, I would totally go on a weekday. When I asked them for a 3rd or 4th braider, the boss explained that it wasn’t possible. *I was hella annoying because I was ready to go. I wish I could have just paid extra for faster service. *they also adjusted the price at the very end. I honestly didn’t mind paying because they did an amazing job. I think that in the future they should inform you when prices are being adjusted

This was my first time at this establishment and my first time getting braids in years. I’m a big review reader so from reading previous reviews I was nervous; not about the quality of work I would receive, but instead the customer service. My appointment was at 8:40 I arrived around 8:30 and the shop was still closed. A few employees showed up around 8:40 and let me and another customer in they started my hair around 9 which wasn’t an issue because everyone runs late some times and the ladies were really sweet and apologetic for having me wait. I told them I wanted regular small braids but they ended up doing the very small ones which took about 10 hours which again I didn’t complain because they were nice, kept asking was I ok and my hair looks amazing! Kendall the owner came in later that day and even she was pleasant. When it was time to pay Kendall said my braids would be more expensive then what I booked online because the braiders did very small instead of small. She was still very pleasant and told me since it was their mistake I would just pay what I booked for online, but she made sure I understood that wasn’t the price for what I received. She was never rude or pushy. Needless to say I am very pleased with the quality of work and also the customer service. I will be returning! They definitely gained a customer! Thank you ladies! You all are amazing!
